Cibler (2008)
Known for creating sparkling, often playful works, she delivers here a new colour without losing any freshness. She stages atmospheres of discomfort and tension, saturated with a breathtaking rhythm where complex, fast gestures follow one another relentlessly until the very last breath. This performance, rich in symbolism, remains close to its target: the human being, with all its strengths and weaknesses.

Performers: Alexia Stephens, Anne-Charlotte Lajoie, Ariane Voineau, Audrey Dupont, Emma Walsh, Frédérique Delisle, Mia Boudreau, Sonia Montminy

Trois paysages (2013)

Accompanied by three performers interacting with a marvellous wind machine imagined by composer Patrick Saint-Denis, the audience journeys through three tableaux, three possibilities, three landscapes. What would happen if one of us had to give up a small part of ourselves for the good of the collective? Trois paysages gently raises this question through a carefully orchestrated mise en abyme.

Performers: Alexia Stephens, Anne-Charlotte Lajoie, Ariane Voineau, Audrey Dupont, Emma Walsh, Fabien Piché, Frédérique Delisle, Mia Boudreau

Les miniatures (2021)

In the winter of 2021, Danse K par K created a fertile playground for the development of two new solos, inviting dance artists Jean-François Duke and Odile-Amélie Peters, each paired with a musician from Les Violons du Roy. Guided by the sheer delight of practicing their craft, the artists excel in their respective forms and offer a sensitive, intimate performance.

Performer: Sara Harton

Danse de garçons (2013)

Born from the urgency to define themselves and reconnect with their bodies and territories, seven men chose silence as a way to be better heard. Using the body as their only text, the performers dive deep within themselves in search of their ultimate truth. They embody their own characters, performing who they are with disarming fragility.

Performers: Charles-Étienne Beaulne, Jean-Michel Girouard, Éliot Laprise, Jocelyn Paré, Jocelyn Pelletier, Fabien Piché, Lucien Ratio

De la glorieuse fragilité (2018)

How does one reinvent oneself after a passionate career? When do we decide to stop? Does life decide for us? Is the flame that once burned still alive? Choreographer Karine Ledoyen set out to meet professional performers who have stepped away from the stage.

Performers: Alexia Stephens, Anne-Charlotte Lajoie, Ariane Voineau, Audrey Dupont, Emma Walsh, Fabien Piché, Frédérique Delisle, Léa Ratycz-Légaré, Mia Boudreau, Rodrigo Alvarenga

Osez! (2002 to today)

A foundational project for Danse K par K, Osez! gives a choreographer and a musician full freedom to create an ephemeral work with a group of performers.

Originally performed on the docks of Québec City, along the river at sunset for over a decade, Osez! later took flight at the Maison pour la danse upon its opening. Starting in 2020, Osez! en solo allowed dozens of dance artists to perform in site-specific locations across Québec.

In total, several hundred artists have taken part in the Osez! adventure in all its forms.

Performers: Alexia Stephens, Anne-Charlotte Lajoie, Arnaud de Balanda, Aroussen Gros-Louis, Ariane Voineau, Audrey Dupont, Charles-Etienne Beaulne, Eliot Laprise, Emma Walsh, Fabien Piché, Frédérique Delisle, Jean-Michel Girouard, Jocelyn Paré, Jocelyn Pelletier, Josiane Bernier, Julia-Maude Cloutier, Léa Ratycz-Légaré, Lila-Mae Talbot, Lucien Ratio, Mia Boudreau, Noémie F. Savoie, Phile Després, Rodrigo Alvarenga, Romane Picard, Sara Harton, Sonia Montminy, Tetiana Kriuchokova

Homo Confortus (2026)

The ninth creation by Danse K par K, Homo Confortus will premiere during the 2025–2026 season. An explosive danced fresco and a surrealist fiction, it invites the audience to travel through History in all its beauty, ugliness, repetitions and ruptures. Built around the concept of the “homo-confort,” vast living tableaux explore the cycles of human experience by taking hold of themes that are intensely contemporary and full of ambiguity.

Performers: Ariane Voineau, Arnaud de Balanda, Aroussen Gros-Louis, Julia-Maude Cloutier, Léa Ratycz-Légaré, Lila-Mae Talbot, Nelly Paquentin, Noémie F. Savoie, Phile Després, Romane Picard, Tetiana Kriuchkova
